The price achieved of GBP 10,625.00 (€ 12,785.77) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by David Murray have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Flowers Of The Field in June 2011 with an auction result of GBP 73,250.00 (€ 81,037.51).
