This artwork by Shinkichi Tajiri achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2013. In the Post-War and Contemporary Art auction, the work Untitled (Warrior) sold for EUR 30,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 12,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Shinkichi Tajiri; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Guerrier - Warrior sold at auction in October 2012 with the realized price of EUR 58,600.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Shinkichi Tajiri erzielte im November 2013 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Untitled (Warrior) für EUR 30.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 12.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Shinkichi Tajiri; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Guerrier - Warrior im Oktober 2012 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 58.600,00.
