Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Coffee Table by Sergio Rodrigues for USD 3,750.00 (€ 3,400.44). This price was achieved in the auction CONTEMPORARY LIVING – Photographs, Prints & Design at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Sergio Rodrigues have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in July 2015 by the work "Mucki" Long Bench at USD 6,875.00 (€ 6,234.13).
