Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2004 Christies in London held the auction RUSSIAN PICTURES, which included the work Eastern Riverscape by Sergei Ivanovich Lobanov. The price achieved of GBP 5,975.00 (€ 8,595.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sergei Ivanovich Lobanov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sunflowers in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 90,000.00 (€ 133,555.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2004 führte Christies in London die Auktion RUSSIAN PICTURES durch, in der auch die Arbeit Eastern Riverscape von Sergei Ivanovich Lobanov zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.975,00 (€ 8.595,01) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sergei Ivanovich Lobanov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sunflowers im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 90.000,00 (€ 133.555,47).
