Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bakhchisarai by Sergei Ivanovich Lobanov was sold in the Russian Art auction at Christies in London in June 2007. The price achieved of GBP 28,800.00 (€ 42,737.75) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Sergei Ivanovich Lobanov - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sunflowers, which sold at auction in June 2007 for GBP 90,000.00 (€ 133,555.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Bakhchisarai von Sergei Ivanovich Lobanov wurde im Juni 2007 in der Auktion Russian Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 28.800,00 (€ 42.737,75) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Sergei Ivanovich Lobanov mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sunflowers beobachtet, die im Juni 2007 für GBP 90.000,00 (€ 133.555,47) versteigert wurde.
