The work Valentine's Day by Serge Attukwei Clottey was auctioned at Phillips in Hong Kong in June last year. It achieved a price of HKD 693,000.00 (€ 84,332.98), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 54%. Admittedly, works by Serge Attukwei Clottey have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Fashion icons in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 340,200.00 (€ 403,045.12).

Die Arbeit Valentine's Day von Serge Attukwei Clottey kam im Juni letzten Jahres bei Phillips in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 693.000,00 (€ 84.332,98) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 54%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Serge Attukwei Clottey auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Fashion icons im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 340.200,00 (€ 403.045,12).
