Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2010 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Contemporary Art 2, which included the work Sans Titre, 1956 by Selim Turan. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 5,738.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Selim Turan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Composition in June 2009 with an auction result of EUR 198,450.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2010 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Contemporary Art 2 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans Titre, 1956 von Selim Turan zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 5.738,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Selim Turan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Composition im Juni 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 198.450,00.
