Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Heart - 2010 by Scott Campbell was sold in the Urban Art auction at Artcurial in April 2017. The price achieved of EUR 5,200.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Scott Campbell have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cloth Skull Cube in July 2015 with an auction result of GBP 17,500.00 (€ 24,809.12).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Heart - 2010 von Scott Campbell wurde im April 2017 in der Auktion Urban Art bei Artcurial versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 5.200,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Scott Campbell auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Cloth Skull Cube im Juli 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 17.500,00 (€ 24.809,12).
