The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Museum Series - Le Museé du Louvre in November 2007 with an auction result of HKD 1,447,500.00 (€ 126,537.99).

Die Arbeit Takarazuka Grand Theatre von Satoshi Watanabe kam im Mai 2008 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 125.000,00 (€ 10.290,81) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Satoshi Watanabe erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Museum Series - Le Museé du Louvre im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.447.500,00 (€ 126.537,99).
