Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fashion 10 (N.Y. Times) by Sarah Moon was auctioned at Phillips in an online auction in June 2020. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 22,500.00 (€ 20,033.83) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Sarah Moon have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2020 the work Fashion 4, Yohji Yamamoto was auctioned for USD 37,500.00 (€ 32,197.13).
