This work without title by Sandro Chia was auctioned at Bonhams in London in June this year. It achieved a price of GBP 24,320.00 (€ 28,304.29), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sandro Chia achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Pharmacist's son in October 2007 with an auction result of GBP 252,500.00 (€ 362,606.61).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Sandro Chia kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 24.320,00 (€ 28.304,29) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sandro Chia erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Pharmacist's son im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 252.500,00 (€ 362.606,61).
