Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Senza titolo by Sandro Chia was sold in the 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale auction at Christies in Milan in December last year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,520.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sandro Chia achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Pharmacist's son in October 2007 with an auction result of GBP 252,500.00 (€ 362,606.61).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Senza titolo von Sandro Chia wurde im Dezember letzten Jahres in der Auktion 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.520,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sandro Chia erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Pharmacist's son im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 252.500,00 (€ 362.606,61).
