Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A crowded brig in a cracking breeze by Samuel Atkins was auctioned at Christies in London in May 2004. The price achieved of GBP 573.60 (€ 860.61) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 500.00 – 700.00.
