Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Sam Samore achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in November 2016. In the Michel Fedoroff Collection auction, the work Sans Titre - 1991 sold for EUR 3,900.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sam Samore achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tower of Lips in February 2012 with an auction result of GBP 37,250.00 (€ 44,477.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Sam Samore erzielte im November 2016 bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Michel Fedoroff Collection wurde die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1991 für EUR 3.900,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sam Samore erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tower of Lips im Februar 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 37.250,00 (€ 44.477,49).
