The »bidding war« ended at USD 4,375.00 (€ 3,860.75), 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sam Moyer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flo's Fern in September last year with an auction result of USD 42,840.00 (€ 43,790.25).
