Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Salvador Corratgé was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art Online auction at Bonhams in July this year. The price achieved of USD 10,240.00 (€ 9,292.20) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Salvador Corratgé have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November 2016 with an auction result of USD 43,750.00 (€ 41,359.43).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Salvador Corratgé wurde im Juli diesen Jahres in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art Online bei Bonhams versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 10.240,00 (€ 9.292,20) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Salvador Corratgé auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 43.750,00 (€ 41.359,43).
