In November 2016 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale), which included the work SANSUIZU by Ryozo Kato. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 350,000.00 (€ 42,649.84), 25% above the upper estimate. Other works by Ryozo Kato have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 525,000.00 (€ 64,121.38) in November 2015 for the work San Sui Kyo.

Im November 2016 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) durch, in der auch die Arbeit SANSUIZU von Ryozo Kato zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 350.000,00 (€ 42.649,84) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Ryozo Kato haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 525.000,00 (€ 64.121,38) im November 2015 für die Arbeit San Sui Kyo beobachtet.
