Auction result well in line with expectations
The work San Sui Ko by Ryozo Kato was auctioned at POLY in November 2018. The price achieved of HKD 106,200.00 (€ 11,986.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 150,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ryozo Kato have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work San Sui Kyo in November 2015 with an auction result of HKD 525,000.00 (€ 64,121.38).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit San Sui Ko von Ryozo Kato kam im November 2018 bei POLY zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 106.200,00 (€ 11.986,54) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ryozo Kato auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit San Sui Kyo im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 525.000,00 (€ 64.121,38).
