Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sansuikyo by Ryozo Kato was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2015. The price achieved of HKD 200,000.00 (€ 23,467.35) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 140,000.00 – 240,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ryozo Kato - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work San Sui Kyo, which sold at auction in November 2015 for HKD 525,000.00 (€ 64,121.38).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sansuikyo von Ryozo Kato kam im Mai 2015 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 200.000,00 (€ 23.467,35) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 140.000,00 – 240.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Ryozo Kato mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit San Sui Kyo beobachtet, die im November 2015 für HKD 525.000,00 (€ 64.121,38) versteigert wurde.
