Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sansuikyo by Ryozo Kato was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2015. It changed hands for a price of HKD 188,800.00 (€ 22,056.87) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 140,000.00 – 200,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ryozo Kato - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work San Sui Kyo, which sold at auction in November 2015 for HKD 525,000.00 (€ 64,121.38).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sansuikyo von Ryozo Kato kam im Oktober 2015 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 188.800,00 (€ 22.056,87) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 140.000,00 – 200.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ryozo Kato mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit San Sui Kyo beobachtet, die im November 2015 für HKD 525.000,00 (€ 64.121,38) versteigert wurde.
