Auction result misses estimated price range
In July this year a collector was able to acquire the work Dancing in a Padded Room by Ryan Mosley for GBP 756.00 (€ 882.02). This price was achieved in the auction First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online at Christies in Paris and was even below the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ryan Mosley achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tag Team in October 2020 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 22,208.29).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Dancing in a Padded Room von Ryan Mosley für GBP 756,00 (€ 882,02) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online bei Christies in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ryan Mosley erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tag Team im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 22.208,29).
