Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Ryan Mosley could be acquired at Phillips in London in December this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the New Now auction, the work Nocturnal Spirit changed hands for GBP 2,794.00 (€ 3,218.58) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ryan Mosley have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tag Team in October 2020 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 22,208.29).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ryan Mosley konnte im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Phillips in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion New Now wechselte die Arbeit Nocturnal Spirit für GBP 2.794,00 (€ 3.218,58) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ryan Mosley auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tag Team im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 22.208,29).
