Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Animal Heart (Unique) by Ryan Callanan for GBP 280.50 (€ 326.37). This price was achieved in the auction Prints and Multiples at Bonhams in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 500.00 – 700.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Ryan Callanan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Pink in April 2019 with an auction result of GBP 1,375.00 (€ 1,599.52).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Animal Heart (Unique) von Ryan Callanan für GBP 280,50 (€ 326,37) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Prints and Multiples bei Bonhams in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 500,00 – 700,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ryan Callanan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Pink im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.375,00 (€ 1.599,52).
