Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Cornish Landscape by Ruskin Spear was auctioned at Sothebys in London in March 2020. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 875.00 (€ 988.05). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ruskin Spear achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Arty Tie in November 2003 with an auction result of GBP 33,460.00 (€ 48,032.33).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Cornish Landscape von Ruskin Spear kam im März 2020 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 875,00 (€ 988,05) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ruskin Spear erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Arty Tie im November 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 33.460,00 (€ 48.032,33).
