The »bidding war« ended at GBP 175,000.00 (€ 203,117.21), 46% above the upper estimate. Other works by Rose Wylie have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 220,500.00 (€ 253,639.15) in April 2021 for the work Black Strap (Red Fly).
