The work Diaphanous by Romulo Olazo was sold in the 20th Century Art Day Sale auction at Christies in Hong Kong in December 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 350,000.00 (€ 39,644.81), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 40%. With this result, Diaphanous is even the most expensive work of art by Romulo Olazo that we have observed at auctions so far.
