It achieved a price of USD 26,400.00 (€ 19,526.63), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 47%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Rómulo Macció - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sun and Cold on Nassau Street, which sold at auction in November 2016 for USD 81,250.00 (€ 76,810.36).
