In December 2019 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Art Online, which included the work Still Life With Fruits On A Stone Ledge by Rolando Ventura. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 52,500.00 (€ 6,004.28), 31% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Rolando Ventura have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cream Of The 14Th Crop in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 500,000.00 (€ 57,785.34).

Im Dezember 2019 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still Life With Fruits On A Stone Ledge von Rolando Ventura zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 52.500,00 (€ 6.004,28) und damit 31% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Rolando Ventura auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Cream Of The 14Th Crop im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 500.000,00 (€ 57.785,34).
