The work Pop Remix by Rolando Ventura was worth HKD 200,000.00 (€ 18,469.92) to a buyer in October 2011. This price was achieved in the auction Modern & Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings at Sothebys in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Rolando Ventura - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Cream Of The 14Th Crop, which sold at auction in April 2015 for HKD 500,000.00 (€ 57,785.34).
