Sold at the upper estimate price
In November 2015 Phillips in New York held the auction Latin America, which included this untitled work by Rogelio Polesello. The auction ended at the price of USD 6,000.00 (€ 5,680.74), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rogelio Polesello achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2017 with an auction result of USD 93,750.00 (€ 83,437.17).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im November 2015 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Latin America durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Rogelio Polesello zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 6.000,00 (€ 5.680,74) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rogelio Polesello erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 93.750,00 (€ 83.437,17).
