Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Two Works: (i) Untitled, 1969; (ii) Untitled, 1968 by Rogelio Polesello was sold in the Latin America auction at Phillips in New York in May 2013. The price achieved of USD 6,250.00 (€ 4,812.13) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rogelio Polesello achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2017 with an auction result of USD 93,750.00 (€ 83,437.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Two Works: (i) Untitled, 1969; (ii) Untitled, 1968 von Rogelio Polesello wurde im Mai 2013 in der Auktion Latin America bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 6.250,00 (€ 4.812,13) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rogelio Polesello erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 93.750,00 (€ 83.437,17).
