Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2015 Phillips in New York held the auction Latin America, which included the work Círculos centrales by Rogelio Polesello. The price achieved of USD 12,500.00 (€ 11,369.84) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Rogelio Polesello have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in May 2017 with an auction result of USD 93,750.00 (€ 83,437.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2015 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Latin America durch, in der auch die Arbeit Círculos centrales von Rogelio Polesello zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 11.369,84) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Rogelio Polesello auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 93.750,00 (€ 83.437,17).
