Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Roberto Fabelo could be acquired at Bonhams in May this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction, the work Ángel doméstico changed hands for USD 38,175.00 (€ 35,831.61) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Roberto Fabelo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Perrerío in March last year with an auction result of USD 579,600.00 (€ 522,491.66).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Roberto Fabelo konnte im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bonhams für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art wechselte die Arbeit Ángel doméstico für USD 38.175,00 (€ 35.831,61) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Roberto Fabelo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Perrerío im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 579.600,00 (€ 522.491,66).
