Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2008 Phillips in London held the auction Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Basta Un Soffio (One Breath is Enough) by Roberta Silva. The price achieved of GBP 3,625.00 (€ 4,741.36) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Roberta Silva have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Basta Un Soffio in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 27,500.00 (€ 25,013.64).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar 2008 führte Phillips in London die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Basta Un Soffio (One Breath is Enough) von Roberta Silva zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.625,00 (€ 4.741,36) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Roberta Silva auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Basta Un Soffio im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 27.500,00 (€ 25.013,64).
