Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Robert Zandvliet was sold in the Nineteen to Now,Art from the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries including Indonesian Art and Topographical Observations auction at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2010. The price achieved of EUR 2,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Zandvliet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Vijver) in April last year with an auction result of EUR 37,800.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Robert Zandvliet wurde im September 2010 in der Auktion Nineteen to Now,Art from the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries including Indonesian Art and Topographical Observations bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Robert Zandvliet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Vijver) im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 37.800,00.
