Auction result misses estimated price range
In March this year a collector was able to acquire the work Brian Jones, 1965 by Robert Stanley for EUR 76.50. This price was achieved in the auction Prints & Multiples at Bonhams and was even below the estimate range of EUR 150.00 – 200.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Stanley achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Andrea" in November 2012 with an auction result of SEK 200,000.00 (€ 23,074.56).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Brian Jones, 1965 von Robert Stanley für EUR 76,50 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Prints & Multiples bei Bonhams erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 150,00 – 200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Robert Stanley erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Andrea" im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 200.000,00 (€ 23.074,56).
