Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The Red and the Black by Robert Moskowitz was sold in the 80s auction at Phillips in New York in December 2010. Here, the upper estimate of USD 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 1,375.00 (€ 1,036.25). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Moskowitz achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in March 2020 with an auction result of USD 47,500.00 (€ 43,068.27).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The Red and the Black von Robert Moskowitz wurde im Dezember 2010 in der Auktion 80s bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 1.375,00 (€ 1.036,25) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Robert Moskowitz erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 47.500,00 (€ 43.068,27).
