Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Robert De Niro, Sr. could be acquired at Christies in New York in July 2016 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Living With Art auction, the work Crucifixion changed hands for USD 6,875.00 (€ 6,155.98) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Robert De Niro, Sr. - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in June 2014 for USD 31,250.00 (€ 22,826.88).

In der Auktion Living With Art wechselte die Arbeit Crucifixion für USD 6.875,00 (€ 6.155,98) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 7.000,00 – 9.000,00.
