In the Interiors auction, the work Still life with head, vase and flowers sold for USD 6,250.00 (€ 5,603.37) - well above the upper estimate of USD 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Robert De Niro, Sr. have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in June 2014 with an auction result of USD 31,250.00 (€ 22,826.88).
