Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Robert Anning Bell; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Four Reliefs: A Mermaid; The Fortune Teller; And The Ball Of Wool (Two Linked Designs) sold at auction in September 2021 with the realized price of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 23,270.28).
