Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Rob Pruitt could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in December 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The Collection of Douglas S. Cramer auction, the work Save Us, Vote changed hands for USD 11,340.00 (€ 10,019.44) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rob Pruitt achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 6:20Pm, Late Summer in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 315,000.00 (€ 242,531.57).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Rob Pruitt konnte im Dezember 2021 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion The Collection of Douglas S. Cramer wechselte die Arbeit Save Us, Vote für USD 11.340,00 (€ 10.019,44) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rob Pruitt erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 6:20Pm, Late Summer im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 315.000,00 (€ 242.531,57).
