Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Brodeuse (Femme Assise Près Du Poêle) - Recto Intérieur - Verso by Rik Wouters was sold in the Impressionist and Modern Art auction at Sothebys in Paris in October 2019. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rik Wouters achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Femme En Forêt, Chapeau Bleu À La Main, Bras Levé in June 2018 with an auction result of GBP 1,210,000.00 (€ 1,367,506.21).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Brodeuse (Femme Assise Près Du Poêle) - Recto Intérieur - Verso von Rik Wouters wurde im Oktober 2019 in der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 18.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 20.000,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rik Wouters erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Femme En Forêt, Chapeau Bleu À La Main, Bras Levé im Juni 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.210.000,00 (€ 1.367.506,21).
