The result of USD 20,000.00 (€ 15,556.94) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Richard Lorenz achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Last Farewell in May last year with an auction result of USD 504,000.00 (€ 469,667.32).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 15.556,94) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Richard Lorenz erzielen.
