Auction result misses estimated price range

This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 800.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Richard Haas have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Manhattan View, Battery Park; and Manhattan View, Battery Park, Night in October 2014 with an auction result of USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,394.25).
