Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by René Daniels was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2020. It changed hands for a price of EUR 7,500.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by René Daniels achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Eindelijk in May 2016 with an auction result of USD 269,000.00 (€ 241,580.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von René Daniels kam im November 2020 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 7.500,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von René Daniels erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Eindelijk im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 269.000,00 (€ 241.580,60).
