Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Rémy Blanchard achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in London in April 2018. In the New Now auction, the work without title sold for GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,541.70) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Rémy Blanchard; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Man With Lantern And Feather sold at auction in July 2021 with the realized price of USD 16,562.50 (€ 13,960.30).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Rémy Blanchard erzielte im April 2018 bei Phillips in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion New Now wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.541,70) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Rémy Blanchard; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Man With Lantern And Feather im Juli 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 16.562,50 (€ 13.960,30).
