Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2013 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale), which included the work Human Tower by Redy Rahadian. It changed hands for a price of HKD 112,500.00 (€ 11,156.45) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 90,000.00 – 120,000.00. Other works by Redy Rahadian have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2008 the work Warrior was auctioned for HKD 175,000.00 (€ 17,800.82).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2013 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Human Tower von Redy Rahadian zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 112.500,00 (€ 11.156,45) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 90.000,00 – 120.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Redy Rahadian konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2008 die Arbeit Warrior für HKD 175.000,00 (€ 17.800,82) versteigert.
