Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Raoul Ubac achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in June this year. In the Pierre Boulez Collection auction, the work Sans titre - 1958 sold for EUR 656.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 300.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Raoul Ubac achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Triomphe De La Stérilité Ou Penthesilée in October 2012 with an auction result of USD 104,500.00 (€ 80,645.16).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Raoul Ubac erzielte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Pierre Boulez Collection wurde die Arbeit Sans titre - 1958 für EUR 656,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 300,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Raoul Ubac erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Triomphe De La Stérilité Ou Penthesilée im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 104.500,00 (€ 80.645,16).
