Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December this year Artcurial held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Thème de l'arbre - 1982 by Raoul Ubac. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 15,088.00. Admittedly, works by Raoul Ubac have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Triomphe De La Stérilité Ou Penthesilée in October 2012 with an auction result of USD 104,500.00 (€ 80,645.16).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember diesen Jahres führte Artcurial die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Thème de l'arbre - 1982 von Raoul Ubac zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 15.088,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Raoul Ubac auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Triomphe De La Stérilité Ou Penthesilée im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 104.500,00 (€ 80.645,16).
