This work without title by Rafael Coronel was auctioned at Christies in New York in August 2020. The result of USD 10,000.00 (€ 8,378.02) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rafael Coronel achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Peregrinos Iv in November 2019 with an auction result of USD 118,750.00 (€ 107,768.40).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Rafael Coronel kam im August 2020 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 8.378,02) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rafael Coronel erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Peregrinos Iv im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 118.750,00 (€ 107.768,40).
